All packages are shipped from the HempWholesaler.com warehouse at 1 Alberigi Drive, Jessup PA 18434. 

Free Shipping On Orders Over $450

As part of our new website promotion, we are now offering Free Shipping on orders over $450 to the the Continental USA! (This offer is not eligible for customers with a shipping address in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories that are not considered part of the Continental USA.) 

International Shipping

We ship international. If you are an international customer, it is important that you have a shipping broker in place prior to us shipping out your order. You will need to supply your shipping broker with specific information about the shipment so the broker can ensure a smooth passage through the customs/import department of your country.

Shipping Times

The HempWholesaler team ships Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. If your order is in before 1pm on any business day, we strive to ship out the same business day. And on average, most orders placed before 3pm go out the same day anyway.(Shipping times may vary and could take 1-3 days for processing) Our shipping time usually takes anywhere from 2-7 days depending on where in the country you are located. Most packages are received by our customers in 3 days. International shipping usually takes 7-14 days depending on the shipping provider and method of shipping you select at checkout, and if you have a shipping broker on stand by. All packages are picked up by our shipping carriers daily. UPS picks up at 4:30pm and USPS around 3:00pm.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on all merchandise within 5 days of delivery only in cases where the item is defective. We do not accept returns for unsold merchandise, buyer’s remorse, or changes in preference.

Please note: We are not responsible for changes in your local or state laws after your purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations prior to ordering. Returns will not be accepted due to legal changes if due diligence was not performed beforehand.

All returned products must be new, unused, and in their original, unopened packaging. Items with broken seals, tamper-evident features removed, or any signs of use will not be eligible for return due to the nature of the products we sell.

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval. Policies may be updated or changed without prior notice.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an item is defective, or does not pass quality that we represented, in which case we will accept the return at no cost and will cover the shipping cost back to us!
